When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for NZD 30 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for NZD 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Guests arriving later than 20.00 must contact the motel prior to their arrival to arrange for an after hours check-in. Contact details can be found in your booking confirmation.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy' and only registered guests are permitted after 22:00.

Please note for all New Year's Eve bookings guests must be over the age of 18 years and are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Amity Lodge Motel's Terms of Stay must be signed upon check in – no exceptions will be made. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
