  : The overall size and layout of the house was excellent. The rooms were huge and all had master ensuites. There was an incredible view from each room and the living room. It was perfect distance for us to get to the town centre as we took cars with us, however it wouldn't be good for someone without a rental car or car. The shower pressures in each bathroom we're really great and lovely big double showers. Lots of heaters, duvets and a heatpump to keep us warm during the day/night.
  : The gas fireplace was not allowed to be used as it was just for show which was kind of disappointing as it would've provided a lot of extra warmth for the winter months and created more ambiance for the living room. There were several heaters in the closets which were great although there were 2x that didn't work. There was no sound system to play music through, the one that was available had a very exposed wire cord as appeared to spark when I moved it so we pulled it out completly from the wall incase. There was a nespresso coffee machine but we had no idea so it would've been nice to know so we could've taken coffee. We struggled finding access to the property on arrival as there was no clearly labelled mailbox 195A. It would be helpful if there was a sign saying Anana House and the end of the driveway. All the curtains/blinds were very old and cold. They need replacing ASAP. There were also a lot of light bulbs blown/didn't work, especially in the stairwells and bedrooms.

  : Great location, great set up for us. Would suit 3 couples perfectly or for us gave teenagers their own space. Under floor heating in bathrooms was great. Parking in the garage ( high enough for roof box). Close to town. Great views, lots of heating, towels, well equipped kitchen.

  : Modern well appointed, quiet location but still close to Queenstown. Absolutely stunning views over Queenstown, the Remarkable and Lake Wakatipu... Owners very responsive to questions.
  : Was a little difficult to find initially, needs better instructions. Nil else.

Disappointing

  : The view was amazing. Bathrooms great.
  : The outside BBQ area was overgrown and full of weeds. Table outside was covered in mildew. We had especially wanted to use it as on the booking site looked great. Disappointed that the fireplace didnt work. No toilet paper had to rush out to get some. Blinds and curtains were in poor condition.

  : Amazing views, modern feel to house, very spacious, good facilities. I would stay there again.
  : Hard to find as number on letterbox was worn off - lucky it was during the day and not at night. Could do with some weed spray around outside gardens for better first impressions.

  : Great views ,spacious rooms and bathrooms . Extra heating supplied in all rooms .
  : Indoor fire place keeps turning off ... needs to be looked at . All rubbish bins outside full up ... outdoor fireplace is there but outdoor area needs clean up weeds removed etc and needs wood supplied for fire so that it can be used ...for the price asked i would expect everything to be usable .
