When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 17 years old stay for NZD 50 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00.

All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in.

You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Please be informed that all refunds and cancellations can take 3 to 5 working days to be processed.

In line with Government requirements and our own risk assessment, we require all guests over 12 years to be fully vaccinated if you wish to access the hotel and its facilities.
