Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
A damage deposit of NZD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay, prior to arrival. The property will be in contact with you after booking.

Please note that this property has a strict "No Party" Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Please note that this property will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

Guests are required to confirm ID to the property upon confirmation of their reservation.
