A damage deposit of NZD 1295 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is construction nearby. Whilst the views from the property remain unchanged you may be subject to noise disturbances during normal business hours. There is no work permitted on the construction site after normal business hours.

Please note that the accommodation will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking.
