: The apartment was reasonable, particularly the main bedroom, which had a pleasant view, and the kitchen facilities. Location was handy and within reasonable walking distance of the centre of Queenstown. It was very quiet inside even though located in a business area.
: We found it difficult to locate the apartment in the first instance as it is in an area also occupied by shops/businesses and numbers were not completely clear. It would have been handy for finding the apartment to know that it was located above a shop as we started to think we were in the wrong place. The bed in the one bedroom was a futon style on the floor and quite hard and uncomfortable. It also was positioned in a way that meant the bedroom door could not be closed. We could not work out how to connect to Wi-Fi and there were no instructions provided. When we tried to to call the number listed on booking.com to ask a question prior to our arrival, the number provided was a UK number - not very useful when in New Zealand!

: We didn't like anything about the accommodation.
: Most uncomfortable beds we have ever experienced. No other furniture in bedroom not even a bedside table. No tv on arrival then a new one arrived which couldn't be used as no instructions or passwords. This accommodation was not even clean. Moldy shower and cheap uncomfortable furniture. So overpriced I wouldn't want to pay more than $100 dollars a night for this place. Should be removed from booking.com website.
